PARTY INFORMATION

Please read this information to ensure your party is fun for your guests.

BOOKING YOUR PARTY

• Confirmations and changes must be completed through the party co-ordinator either in person, over the phone or email.
• Your booking is confirmed once you have paid a deposit. A deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Changes to your party date and/or time will only be accepted if arranged more than 14 days prior to the original booked event depending on availability

FOOD AND EXTRAS

• If you have booked a party with us, you may choose to bring your own cake.
• You may bring your own lolly bags.

Please advise of any special catering requirements i.e. Vegetarian, allergies etc at least 7 days prior to your party. Whilst we will make every attempt to accommodate these requests we cannot promise that they will be provided.

No other food or drink can be brought into Lollipop’s. Exemptions made for medical reasons.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• We will contact you either by email or by phone several days prior to your party to confirm final numbers, party platters and food choices. Please note that we need confirmation no later than 2 working days prior to your party.
• Carers of the birthday child are responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents.
• Please advise all party adults that siblings not included on the party list will be charged as general admission.
• Only party guests will be catered for and set up in the party room.
• All party adults are free.
• Please supply us with a guest list via email or prior to the party.
• Please also order your adult party platters when we you confirm final numbers.

You will be billed for all children that have been confirmed, including the birthday child, even if they do not attend.

All children and adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• Parking is available on Level 3 of Forest Hill Chase.
• Hand in cake to reception and you will be advised of your party room and introduced to your party host so that you will be looked after for the duration of your party.

ON THE WAY OUT

• Finalise any outstanding cafe tabs or extra party children.
  Leave all cleaning and mess behind you!
